Ravinder started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Banking and Capital Markets assurance team auditing many tier 1 and mid-tier banks. He qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW during his time at PwC.

He moved to KPMG to gain experience in advisory in the Banking department and also completed a client secondment with JP Morgan before moving to banking audit.

Ravinder's passion to learn further about the industry and obtain a deeper understanding of how banks function and compete was gained by working in internal audit for FCE Bank PLC and HSBC across a wide range of subject matters.

Ravinder decided to use his vast experience and knowledge and the ability to add value and create efficiencies in the financial services industry by establishing a practise that offered quality audits by sharing his expertise and best practises.

Outside of work, Ravinder is passionate about football and volunteers for causes for developing education for children.
